Dickson Clements is a seasoned leader in real estate sales, land entitlement, and development. With a career spanning several decades, he has held prominent positions in various companies, demonstrating his negotiation, strategic planning, business insight, and relationship management skills.

Currently, he is a Senior Residential Sales Associate at Nobles Realty Group, LLC, in  Plano, Texas. Previously, he worked as a Sales Associate at Century 21 Beal, Inc. in College Station, Texas. Earlier his career included executive roles at the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association, John Cannon Homes, Inc., Home Builders Association of Sarasota, and Corpus Christi Area Builder Association, showcasing his extensive experience in the real estate and the building industry.

Throughout his career, Dickson has successfully worked with clients to obtain their dream of homeownership and navigating life transitions that necessitate selling their homes. He has worked with buyers and sellers at several stages of life and has worked simple to complex real estate transactions. He also managed significant projects and obtained critical approvals for large-scale land development.  This experience provides him with a very unique understanding of zoning and other land use related matters that are sure to be of concern to any real estate client seeking professional land use guidance. 

Dickson holds a BA in Public Communications from The American University in Washington, DC, and graduated high school from Texas Military Institute in San Antonio, Texas. He enjoys several hobbies including fishing, hiking, golfing, travel, reading and good food.
